Shipping Policy

Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any orders you place with us.

Shipping Time Frame

When placing an order, please take into account the standard processing and delivery times for most of our products:

1. Processing Time: 1-3 business days from when your order is placed unless otherwise stated.

2. Delivery Time: Generally 3-8 business days via regular post unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location, the shipping method selected, and the carrier used. While we make every effort to deliver your order within the specified timeframes, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances or issues with the carrier may occasionally cause delays. We recommend that you refer to the carrier's tracking information for the most accurate delivery estimates.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number from which you will be able to follow the progress of the shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Shipping Costs

Are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. These costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. If you experience any issues during checkout with shipping, please contact us detailessentialsau@gmail.com before finalising your order.

Note: Certain bulky items which exceed certain weight limits for carriers and shipping to remote areas may carry additional shipping costs. In these cases, we will contact you if additional charges are required for your order before fulfilling your order.

Shipping Restriction

Please note that we are currently exclusively selling and shipping our products within Australia. We apologise for any inconvenience to our international customers.

Terms & Conditions

Delays

In the event of a shipping delay, we will make every effort to keep you informed and updated on the status of your order. However, Detail Essentials Hub cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by weather conditions, restrictions or other factors beyond our control. We are also not responsible for any delays or late deliveries incurred by the shipping carriers. We recommend contacting the carrier directly while quoting your tracking number to get the latest updates once it has left our warehouse.

Order Dispatch

We operate Monday to Friday during normal business hours of 9am to 5pm (Sydney Time), except during any Sydney NSW national holidays. We will aim to dispatch all orders in a timely manner.

Out Of Stock Items

We aim to maintain accurate stock levels however from time to time there may be stock discrepancies. If you have placed an order and the item is out of stock or on back order, we will contact you to decide whether you would like us to dispatch the in stock items first, await for the items to arrive before sending the order or process a refund.

Change Of Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. Please ensure that you have entered these details correctly before finalising an order.
